CONFERENCE ABSTRACTS
All conference abstracts are available in a USB pen inside the conference shopper.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is English.
No translation facilities will be provided.
REGISTRATION DESK
The registration desk will be located at the entrance of the Congress Center and open during the following days:
Sunday, August 27th 17:30-19:30
Monday, August 28th 08:00-18:30
Tuesday, August 29th 08:00-18:30
Wednesday, August 30th 08:00-18:30
Thursday, August 31st 08:00-18:00
SLIDE CENTER
The Slide Center with laptops and technical assistance is available on Level -2 at Palazzo dei Congressi during the following hours:
• Sunday, August 27th 17:30 – 19:30
• Monday-Thursday, August 28th to 31st 08:00 – 18:00
BADGES
Participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badge during all conference events. Admittance to the scientific sessions will be refused if the required badge cannot be presented.
CATERING SERVICE
Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in Passi Perduti area, level -2.
A gluten free buffet will be available, see conference floorplan level -2.
BAR
A bar will be open all conference days (28-31 August) from 08:00 to 18:00 at level -1.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent by email after the conference.
WIFI
Wifi is available in all congress spaces for all registered participants.
